This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the tt1069 platform by Malaysian users. By registering for or using any of the services provided, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tt1069 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

You are solely responsible for:

- Notifying tt1069 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Keeping your account information up to date whenever your personal details change
Tt1069 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure. Users are encouraged to set a strong password and to never share it with anyone.
3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy (MYR)
All financial transactions on the tt1069 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via the FPX system (covering major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB) as well as supported e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet.
By making any deposit or financial transaction, you confirm that:
- The funds used are legally yours and free from any dispute
- You are not using unauthorised payment methods or those belonging to another party
- You acknowledge that all confirmed transactions are final and non-reversible unless otherwise stated
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with tt1069's verification procedures. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days. tt1069 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal for security verification purposes where necessary.
Wagering requirements may apply to any bonus credits received. Users are required to read and understand the relevant conditions before accepting or using any bonus or promotion.
4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Tt1069 platform users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, including providing false information during registration
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Opening multiple accounts or transferring funds between different accounts for the purpose of abuse or manipulation
- Using another person's account without their authorisation
- Distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful to other users
Tt1069 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including freezing accounts, placing a temporary hold on funds during an investigation, or disclosing information to the relevant authorities where required.
5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Tt1069 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or upon request by a lawful authority. Users may also request the closure of their own account by contacting the customer support team.
Limitation of Liability
Tt1069 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, except to the extent required by applicable Malaysian law. tt1069's total liability to any user is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's active account at the time the claim is made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tt1069 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of tt1069 or its licensed content providers. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any content for commercial use without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The tt1069 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. tt1069 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and conditions separately.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Tt1069 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version of the terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the tt1069 platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
